· Stress Reduction 101 Course

This free course for anyone who suffers from modern day stress and who doesn´t want to depend on medication only, to deal with it. It includes meditation techniques, Chi-Kung exercises, and a hypnotherapeutic recording that you can use any time to reduce your own stress.

· The Circle.

•  The Circle is an Interfaith, Christian friendly, not  Liberal but Progressive service based on direct connection with the Divine. It draws on the mystical aspects of several sources of spirituality and religion to bring us closer to realizing our connection with God. This path of mysticism is both Earth Based, and Heaven Bound.

. Universal Sat Circle of Philadelphia.

•     A deep exploration of Sat Yoga as promoted by Shunyamurti Robert Shubow of the Sat Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, in order to attain enlightenment here, or earth and a life full of joy, bliss, and meaning.  We will start having Sat Yoga Meditation Meetings and Classes the first and third Monday of every month beginning July 2008.  The times, days, or frequency may change as is necessary.
